If you are a student, a faculty, or a staff of Sophia University, you can enter and use the Library of the United Nations University only by presenting your ID card. See below for how to use the library.
1. Admission to the library
Tell purpose of visiting to the staff at the library entrance and present your ID card.
- Opening hours: Monday～Friday 10:00～13:00 14:00～17:30
- Library closed: University official holidays, Year-end and New Year holidays
*Please contact before you come as sometimes library is closed temporarily
2. How to use the library
Browsing
Not only books and periodicals, subscribed electric resources such as E-books, E-journals, and databases are available. Please access from computers in the library for electronic resources. Ask at Central Library reference counter for the list of electronic resources.

To borrow materials, you need dedicated user card. You may borrow the card from Central Library reference counter.
